Prepare & upload tender documents & certificates.
Submission of Tenders after doing all Analysis,
Understanding of Government policies and reimbursement sector
Registration on Sites and Uploading documents on Govt. Website.
Agreement preparation after getting the Order & Cost estimation.
Tracking EMDs and Payments
Arranging stock at desired locations.
Managing KDMs relationship and BSPs Management.
Coordinating with the sales team to obtain price approvals.
Maintaining a database of various MIS reports.
Administering the tender related work like direct and indirect participation in the tender process through distributors & submitting tenders.
Achieve agreed business objectives for each of the assigned tasks.
Analyse and understand the impact of macroeconomic factors and industry trends on the government sector and institutional sales business and create accounts plan accordingly.
End-to-end responsibility of the Tender business.
Qualification & Skills
Must have 2-3 years of experience in Tender profile, pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, B. Pharma or a related field.
Proven experience in tender preparation and submission.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
