Job Description

  • Providing complete secretarial and administrative support to the Director

  • Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules

  • Drafting, reviewing, and handling emails, letters, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director

  • Organizing meetings, preparing MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and tracking action points

  • Handling confidential documents and sensitive information

  • Supporting follow-ups, reminders, and priority task management

  • Assisting in coordination of board meetings and senior management meetings

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA / Professional Degree (Preferred)
