Job Description
Manage HR team and daily operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
Oversee onboarding to offboarding lifecycle
Set and monitor KRAs/KPIs and performance management
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Drive training, development, and employee engagement programs
Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Proven HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
