Job Description & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations across multiple branches
Oversee administration, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Handle correspondence with customers and principals (MNCs)
Ensure smooth inventory, dispatch, and supply chain management
Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements
Lead and guide branch teams for operational efficiency
Prepare and review MIS reports and performance metrics
Qualifications & Skills
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (preferred)
10–15 years or more experience in pharmaceutical operations, distribution & administration
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, and distribution
Experience in loan license manufacturing and multi-branch management
Good understanding of regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, documentation)
Ability to handle customer & principal (MNC) correspondence effectively
Proven leadership skills to manage cross-location teams
Strong administration and process management capabilities
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel, and ERP systems
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making ability
