Job Description

  • Manage HR team and daily operations
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
  • Oversee onboarding to offboarding lifecycle
  • Set and monitor KRAs/KPIs and performance management
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements
  • Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive training, development, and employee engagement programs
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems

Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • Proven HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
