Evaluate market environment and estimate product demand at consignee/customer level
Prepare annual business plan and monthly sales plan to achieve targets
Manage and execute marketing strategies with sales executives
Develop key opinion leaders in healthcare category
Provide strong feedback to marketing team on market trends
Prepare quarterly tour plan for sales executives in South Zone
Facilitate coordination between sales team, supply chain, and hospitals to achieve sales targets
Monitor sales executives’ performance and ensure timely collection of payments
Conduct monthly reviews of sales and collection performance, initiate corrective actions
Ensure availability of resources for sales team and monitor area-level expenses
Act as a bridge between management expectations and field force needs
Address customer complaints and monitor competition activities regularly
Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream (preferably Sciences)
BBA/MBA is an added advantage
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Pharmaceutical Products (mandatory)
