Job Description
Manage overall office administration & facilities (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
Handle vendor management & procurement
Oversee travel, transport, and employee facilities
Ensure compliance, documentation, and audits
Control budgets and administrative costs
Lead and manage the admin team across locations
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
MBA in Administration / Operations / Facilities Management (preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration or facility management
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is essential
